Tour Cost is $5,750.00
Tentative Travel dates are: Thursday 17th September 2026 until Wednesday 23rd September 2026

All players must be turning 11 or 12 in 2026.
Under 14 Boys & Girls - International 10s Tournament - Hawaii
Trial Date: Sunday 12th July 2026 - 10am - Holroyd Sportsground
We will be taking 1 Boys team and 1 Girls team (12 in each team)
Format: 10 a side
Cost is estimated at $7,000.00 per player
Tentative Travel dates are: April 2027
Team Training Sessions: to be advised (likely February/March 2027)
All Players must be 14 years or younger on the date of tournament. i.e 14yrs or under on game days. You can be turning the age above AFTER the tournament.
Under 16 Girls - International 10s Tournament - Hawaii
Trial Date: Sunday 12th July 2026 - 10am - Holroyd Sportsground
We will be taking 1 team of 12 players
Format: 10 a side
Cost is estimated at $7,000.00 per player
Tentative Travel dates are: April 2027
Team Training Sessions: to be advised (likely February/March 2027)
All Players must be 16 years or younger on the date of tournament. i.e 16yrs or under on game days. You can be turning the age above AFTER the tournament.
Under 14 Boys - Tour to Ireland

We will be taking 1 team of 24 players
Format: 15 a side
Cost is estimated between $6,000 - $8,000 per player.
Tentative Travel dates are: October 2026 School Holidays (exact dates to be confirmed)
Compulsory Team Training Sessions: To be confirmed
All players must be turning 13 or 14 in 2026.
Under 16 Boys - Tour to Ireland/England/Scotland

We will be taking 1 team of 24 players
Format: 15 a side
Cost is estimated at $8,500.00 per player
Tentative Travel dates are: Wednesday 2nd December 2026 until Tuesday 15th December 2026

We will be taking 2 Boys team of 12 players in each team

We will be taking 1 Boys team of 12 players
Format: 7 a side
Cost is estimated at $5,000.00 per player

Under 20 Boys Colts - Tour to United Kingdom

We will be taking 1 Boys team of 24 players
Format: 15 a side

ELIGIBILITY & TOUR REQUIREMENTS
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT TERMS
Fees paid are non-refundable in the event of voluntary withdrawal.
If a player is required to withdraw due to injury and provides appropriate medical documentation, fees paid to date will be refunded in full.
Tour costs must be paid according to the specified payment schedule.
Upon registration, players will receive access to the Raptors members’ portal, including program induction materials and supporting information.
PLAYER DOCUMENTATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate at the time of registration.
Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the tour return date.
If a player does not currently hold a valid passport, a copy must be submitted by the nominated deadline.
Failure to provide a valid passport may result in removal from the squad, as group travel arrangements depend on timely passport submission.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
All players will be required to complete a medical history form prior to departure.
The purpose of this form is to ensure each player’s health and safety while on tour.
All medical information will remain confidential and is not used as part of the selection process.
SUPPORTER/PARENT TOUR PACKAGES
Parents, family members, and friends who wish to travel and support their child are warmly invited to join our official supporter tours.

Supporters booked through the official travel package will enjoy exclusive access to team activities, group outings, and team dinners.
Please note: Parents who organise their own travel independently will not be included in team activities, outings, or dinners, as these are reserved for the official group booking.
